Location: Nectar & Boom Studio, South Park, San Diego, CA

This is a slow and deeply grounding experience of holistic nourishment for your mind, body, and creative spirit.

The retreat includes guided mindfulness practice & chakra alignment, journaling prompts, soothing and reinvigorating breathwork practice, introduction to Ayurveda to determine your constitution and personalized wellness plan, nourishing lunch, gentle and restorative movement, space to create and play with flowers, healing sound bath & closing circle, and a deeply grounding space within the studio and around the surrounding gardens to rest and rejuvenate.

Space is limited to keep the retreat intimate and to provide you with an optimal and immersive creative retreat experience.
